Home Health
Home Health Services provides health services to persons in their homes to help them in achieving or maintaining their optimal health status, to facilitate earlier discharge from hospitals and nursing homes, to prevent or delay institutionalization, and to provide care and comfort to the terminally ill. Our professional and supportive services are provided under the direction of a physician to patients who are essentially homebound due to illness or injury. The comprehensive health care package includes skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical social work and home health aides.
