Take I-26 to 526 toward Mt. Pleasant. Stay almost until the end, turning on Hwy. 17 North toward Georgetown. Go to 4th stop light, which is the Isle of Palms Connector, and turn right. At 1st light turn left on Iron Bridge Rd. The health department is located in the County building on the left side of the road. Follow 17 North toward Georgetown. Turn right onto the Isle of Palms Connector. At 1st light turn left on Iron Bridge Rd. The health department is located in the County building on the left side of the road. Follow 17 South towards Savannah. Turn left onto the Isle of Palms Connector. At 1st light turn left on Iron Bridge Rd. The health department is located in the County building on the left side of the road.
