    The mission of the Region 7 Public Health Office is to promote, protect and improve the health and environment for the citizens of Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties. As your public health partner we work to prevent epidemics and the spread of disease, to protect against environmental hazards and to help prevent injuries. We encourage you to engage in healthy behaviors that will help you, your children and their children live a longer, safer and healthier life.
