Travel Highway 521 to Georgetown. Turn left at the stoplight at Reservoir Street (Angler's/Church's Chicken on corner). Follow the curve around to the right. This turns into Church Street. Continue on Church Street. Turn left onto Lafayette Circle (fourth street on the left). The health department is the center building.
