Regular Check-ups
After your baby has been born, regular check-ups with your baby's health care provider are a very important part of keeping your child healthy. See that your children visit their doctor or clinic regularly.
The following services are a part of your baby's regular check-up:
- A complete head-to-toe physical, which includes lab tests, vision and hearing screening, dental screening and developmental screening;
- Healthy history;
- Nutrition, safety, child care and other education; and
- Shots (immunizations).

- During the first month
- 2 months
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 2 years
- 3 years
- 4 years
- 5 years
- 6 years
- After 6 years, every two years
