Motoring and Measure (M&M) Data Project
A National Agenda for Children with Special Health Care Needs: Measuring Success for Healthy People 2010. The overall goal of the project is to develop and implement a national strategy for monitoring and reporting progress toward the achievement of community-based, integrated service systems for children with special health care needs and their families as outlined in the Healthy People 2000, Objective 17.20.

The Division of CSHCN is participating in a grant to evaluate community-based, integrated systems of care for special needs children. This program will evaluate and monitor state efforts to establish integrated systems of care, measure and monitor progress, and identify outcomes.

The six performance outcome objectives to be achieved and used in measuring the success of this effort.

The Data Warehouse will provide exhaustive and comprehensive, statistical and analytical data concerning the children with special health care needs population in South Carolina.
