Water Pollution Enforcement

The Water Pollution Enforcement program is charged with carrying out enforcement actions on those entities that are in violation of the Pollution Control Act (PCA). This page provides a general overview of the program.

Program

The Water Pollution Enforcement Section functions to carry out enforcement actions involving all aspects of public wastewater system compliance, storm water and sediment control compliance, mining activities and dams compliance.
