Staffed Drop-off Sites 

HOURS: Monday - Saturday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated above)

SITES COLLECT: Cans (aluminum, steel), plastic bottles and jugs (#1, #2), glass (brown, green, clear), paper (brown paper bags, cardboard, magazines, newspaper and inserts, office paper, paperboard), lead-acid batteries, scrap metal, white goods, furniture, used oil, filters and bottles, cellular phones, cooking oil, home office electronics including computers, fax machines, printers and copiers -- NOTE: Sites marked with an asterisk (*) DO NOT accept white goods, furniture or scrap metal.

HOURS: Monday - Saturday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated above)

SITES COLLECT: Cans (aluminum, steel), plastic bottles and jugs (#1, #2), glass (brown, green, clear), paper (brown paper bags, cardboard, magazines, newspaper and inserts, office paper, paperboard), lead-acid batteries, used oil, filters and bottles, cellular phones -- NOTE: These sites DO NOT accept white goods, furniture or scrap metal. Sites marked with two asterisks (**) accept cooking oil.

Anderson County Recycling and Education Center

The Anderson County Recycling and Education Center is located at the “New County Farm” across from the Anderson Sports and Entertainment Complex. It includes a resource facility with instructional materials, a meeting space and an open-air covered shelter for larger classes and demonstrations.
