- R2 - Second Response -

- Oil Spill Trailer -

This trailer carries the equipment and supplied needed for oil spills on open water. In addition to this trailer, the Section uses various water craft to deploy hard boom and other special devices.

- Decontamination Trailer -

The Decontamination Trailer carries all of the equipment necessary to setup and operate a personnel decontamination line.

- Inficon Hapsite Portable GC/MS with Headspace -

Identification of over 160,000 volatile organic compounds (VOC's) as well as most chemical warfare agent vapors.

- SensIR Technologies HazMatID -

The HazMatID is a Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer that can be used for both quantitative and qualitative materials analysis. It is used to analyze:

The APD2000 employs Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) detection techniques to sample ambient air for the presence of Chemical Warfare Agents and irritants..
