DHEC’s Beaufort County Public Health sets flu clinic for Low Country residents
HARDEEVILLE – The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control’s Region 8 Public Health, which serves Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper counties, will hold an appointment-only influenza vaccination clinic on Nov. 3 in Beaufort County.
Residents who want to reduce their risk of flu should call for an appointment. Clinics will be conducted by appointment to reduce the likelihood of waiting.
- The DHEC flu shot clinic for the Bluffton/Hardeeville area will be held:

9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Palmetto Electric Cooperative, New River location (across from USC-B and Sun City) - To make an appointment for this clinic:

Do NOT call Palmetto Electric for an appointment.

- There is a $25 charge for the vaccination, which Medicare Part B and Medicaid will cover for those who are eligible. Cash or check payment also will be accepted.
